YOGA for Seniors

  • -Ongoing support for your injury or medical condition

    -Develop a home practice sequence

    -Work toward a specific future goal

  • -We can work together via Zoom, Skype or FaceTime, or in person if conditions allow it

    -Most students require at least two one-hour sessions

    -Many students would benefit of ongoing practice

    -Our first session is spent in conversation and on foundational poses so I can better understand who you are and what you need. Subsequent sessions are completely tailored and focused on your needs
